Our volunteer team showcases experienced songwriters, including winners and nominees from SAW's MASC, WAMA's WAMMIES, regional and touring Folk Alliance and Kerrville participants and more. Promising new-found talents participate too. Friends Rod Deacey, Todd Walker, and Ron Goad enjoy volunteering to produce each show. Tomy Wright and poet John Holly are also part of our volunteer team at the shows. Scheduled by mistergoad@gmail.com. 8:00-9:00 Three-song acts Songwriters entertain us with three songs apiece. Occasional cover songs are welcome and encouraged. This year we've changed our signup system for scheduling several three-song performers/acts during this hour. This hour of the show is scheduled by Ron Goad (mistergoad@gmail.com), Todd Walker (todd@toddcwalker.com) Rod Deacey (Rod Deacey@gmail.com) 9:00-9:45 The featured act RodDeacey@gmail.com schedules the feature, who performs an extended set (35-45 minutes) for your generous donation. Many shows conclude with songs by Rod, Todd, Tomy Wright or musicians drawn from the listening audience. Time frames sometimes require adjustment.
